The Fine Filter Series 200 is designed to meet the needs of medium and heavy-duty gas engines and small compressor stations. A filter housing made from stainless steel, in combination with a unique multiple layer filter element for both particulate and coalescing filtration, makes this filter suitable for the most demanding applications.
The filter element consists of three layers - a particle pre-filter, a coalescing filter section to capture oil-droplets, aerosols and finally the third layer that provides a draining layer to migrate coalesced droplets into the bottom sump of the filter housing. Particle filtration is down to 0,3 micron.
Optionally a pilot connection on the top with direct access to the gas pressure can be used to connect a pressure gauge, transmitter, etc.

The fine filter can be delivered complete with stainless steel pipe fittings for mm or inch tubes. Dimensions depending on quantities. The filter unit is approved according to both the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and the United Nations regulation ECE R-110. It has been tested in accordance with EIHP-Draft, Rev 12 compressed Hydrogen by TÜV Süddeutschland.
