The Type 810 and 811 tank valves are compact multi-function valves intended for
Natural gas or Bio gas operated vehicles; safety functions required by international
authorities are provided for, e.g. the United Nations regulation ECE R-110 and the
Swedish National Board of Traffic Regulations VVFS 1997:3.
The valve has the following built in features: Common inlet and outlet,
manual stop, thermal device for evacuation of the gas at elevated temperatures
(i.e. fire etc.), thread for direct connection to the gas cylinder,
dual pipe fittings to the gas system and automatic activation of the pipe
and/or hose rupture function at vehicle start-up.
Technical Data:
- Thread connection to the tank: 1 3/16"-12UN includes
O-ring (standard*). - Pipe connections to the vehicle gas system:
O.D. ø 8 mm & ø 3 mm (standard*). - Pipe connection for the thermal evacuation: O.D. ø 8 mm (standard*).
- Electrical connection for the activation of the pipe-and/or hose-rupture function: 24 alt. 12 V DC.
- Maximum working pressure: 260 bar (3770 psig).
- Working temperature range: -40ºC to +85ºC (-40ºF to +185ºF).
